Are these services available year-round?
Most of our services are available year-round. Snow removal is seasonal, and peak periods may affect availability.
Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
Yes! We provide 24/7 maintenance support and offer same-day service whenever possible.
What’s the difference between a regular clean, deep clean, and turnover service?
Regular cleans cover day-to-day cleaning. Deep cleans are more detailed, tackling things like baseboards, behind furniture, and inside appliances. Turnover services reset the home for the next guest.
Are there any services not included in housekeeping?
Yes. Window washing, carpet shampooing, and organizing aren’t included by default but can be added on.
What does spa maintenance include?
Weekly balancing, chemical treatments, and filter cleaning. We can also prep the spa before a guest arrives.
Do you repair spas?
We do not perform spa repairs but can connect you with a repair service.
What’s included in the yard clean-up service?
Our yard clean-up includes leaf and debris removal, lawn care, minor tree and bush trimming, gutter cleaning, and roof clean-up.
Do you provide the equipment for the work?
Yes! We own all the necessary equipment to complete the job efficiently and safely. No need to provide anything—we come fully prepared.

Can you remove large trees or handle heavy landscaping?
Large tree removals and major landscaping jobs require a custom quote or may be referred to a specialist.

We do general home fixes, small electrical/plumbing jobs, and light remodels.
What if I need a big remodel?
Larger projects may need an inspection first and a custom quote.
Do you offer both interior and exterior painting?
Yes! We do touch-ups, staining, sealing, and full paint jobs.
What should I prepare before painting starts?
Please select your paint colors ahead of time. Specialty finishes may cost extra.
